Korona clothing company was founded in 1992. 1998 marked the beginning of store operations with the opening of the brick-and-mortar location in “Nevsky” Mall. The next few years comprised steady growth and the development of a niche in the Samara fashion landscape. New locations opened in “Babylon” and “Aquarium” Malls as business developed. There was a fourth location in “Rus” Mall in Togliatti that recently closed due to a change of outlook.
2000 was a hallmark year for the company. Korona’s first boutique opened at the intersection of Polevaya and Galactionovskaya streets. The boutique featured Korona’s traditional high-quality menswear and, for the first time, added womenswear from top European designers.
In 2004, “Korona” Boutique moved locations to 21 Novo-Sadovaya Street, increasing assortment and shopping space. At present, “Korona” is the exclusive distributor for a number of famous European fashion houses: Pal Zileri, Rene Lezard, Trussardi Tru, MarcCain, Patrizia Pepe, Anna Rita N, Scervino Street, Schumacher and others.
The near future includes plans for monobrand boutiques in the city center.
